1. Where is it installed?

① Install vertically upward.

②The installation location should be as close to the protected equipment or pipeline as possible.

④ The safety valve of the pressure vessel is installed in the gas phase space above the liquid level of the vessel body, or it can be installed in the pipeline whose connection point is located in the gas phase space of the pressure vessel.

⑤ For containers and equipment containing flammable, toxic and viscous media, a shut-off valve can be installed in front of the safety valve, but the flow area of the shut-off valve should not be less than the minimum flow area of the safety valve, and a lead seal is added to ensure the shut-off valve It is fully open and normally open.

⑥ The safety valve should be installed in reverse direction with the globe valve to reduce the influence of the valve's self-gravity and avoid stress fatigue and exhaust vibration fatigue.

⑦ For safety valves that may be blocked or corroded by materials, a rupture disc is provided in front of the inlet, and an inspection valve is added between the safety valve and the rupture disc, and back purge, heat tracing, or thermal insulation is adopted on the inlet pipeline. Anti-blocking measures.

⑧ The safety valve installed on the pipeline should be installed in a place where the fluid pressure is relatively stable and there is a certain distance from the fluctuation source, and it cannot be installed in the dead corner of the horizontal pipeline.

⑨ For liquid medium pipes, heat exchangers or pressure vessels, etc., when the valve is closed, thermal expansion may occur, causing a problem of high pressure, the safety valve can be installed horizontally, and the liquid is discharged directly downward.

⑩ For emergency discharge to air, the nozzle should be flat, not sharp, and free of burrs to prevent static discharge.

⑪The installation point of the safety valve should not cause the safety valve to withstand excessive back pressure value, and should be within the specified allowable range.

⑫ The valve body of the safety valve should be supported stably.

⑬ The medium is a container of extremely and highly hazardous or flammable and explosive medium, and the discharge port of the safety valve should be led to a safe place and properly handled.

If more than two safety valves share a discharge pipe, the cross-sectional area of the discharge pipe should not be less than the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the outlets of all safety valves, but oxygen or combustible gas and other two gases that can interact with each other cannot share one Root drain pipe.

2. Installation requirements?

① For corrosive media, the safety valve should be installed in combination with the bursting disc.

② For highly toxic media, use a type of safety valve with good sealing.

③ For high-temperature medium safety valves, high temperature has a great influence on the spring, so spring-type safety valves should be avoided.

④ Spray protection should be provided for important safety valves or safety valves susceptible to fire.

⑤ For safety valves for spherical tanks, double safety valves should be installed, and the pressure relief capability of any of these safety valves can meet the safety pressure relief requirements of spherical tanks.

⑥ Safety valve should be installed with electrostatic jumper.

⑦In order to prevent the safety valve from repeatedly opening and closing, causing chattering and damaging the valve, the pressure drop of the inlet pipe of the safety valve should be reduced, that is, the inlet pipe diameter should be increased and the inlet pipe section should be shortened.
