⑦ For safety valves that may be blocked or corroded by materials, a rupture disc is provided in front of the inlet, and an inspection valve is added between the safety valve and the rupture disc, and back purge, heat tracing, or thermal insulation is adopted on the inlet pipeline. ⑧ The safety valve installed on the pipeline should be installed in a place where the fluid pressure is relatively stable and there is a certain distance from the fluctuation source, and it cannot be installed in the dead corner of the horizontal pipeline.
⑨ For liquid medium pipes, heat exchangers or pressure vessels, etc., when the valve is closed, thermal expansion may occur, causing a problem of high pressure, the safety valve can be installed horizontally, and the liquid is discharged directly downward.

⑪The installation point of the safety valve should not cause the safety valve to withstand excessive back pressure value, and should be within the specified allowable range.

2. Installation requirements?
① For corrosive media, the safety valve should be installed in combination with the bursting disc.
② For highly toxic media, use a type of safety valve with good sealing.
③ For high-temperature medium safety valves, high temperature has a great influence on the spring, so spring-type safety valves should be avoided.
④ Spray protection should be provided for important safety valves or safety valves susceptible to fire.
⑤ For safety valves for spherical tanks, double safety valves should be installed, and the pressure relief capability of any of these safety valves can meet the safety pressure relief requirements of spherical tanks.
⑥ Safety valve should be installed with electrostatic jumper.
⑦In order to prevent the safety valve from repeatedly opening and closing, causing chattering and damaging the valve, the pressure drop of the inlet pipe of the safety valve should be reduced, that is, the inlet pipe diameter should be increased and the inlet pipe section should be shortened.
